Flow waterjet and abrasivejet cutting systems can be equipped with a number of options that enhance your productivity and your profitability.
 |
Laser pointer — simplified alignment and positioning
The laser pointer reduces work piece setting times. In order to align a work piece a laser cross is positioned at the work piece zero position. The cutting head automatically moves to this position, which is then set as the work piece zero position. |

UltraPierce vacuum assist system
This patented vacuum assist technology is ideal for cutting brittle and laminated materials such as glass, ceramics, stone and composites. With UltraPierce fragile materials pierce easily, saving time and raw material. No mechanical pre-drilling is necessary. |

 |
Height sensor Dynamic Contour Follower
Flow offers an electronically controlled height sensor for the cutting head, which guarantees constant stand-off distances between cutting head and the material to be cut. This also allows for cutting of materials with uneven surfaces. Optionally the height sensor can be equipped with an anti-collision system. |

Abrasive delivery system
Low-pressure compressed air transfers the abrasive, stored in a hopper, to the metering valve located next to the cutting head. The pneumatic transfer system ensures that no humidity may enter and lead to clogging of the sand, thus an optimal abrasive Flow is guaranteed. Integrated sensors alert the operator when the abrasive level is low. Cutting can continue without interruption while the unit is being refilled. |

WaterVeyor abrasive removal system
For an easy abrasive removal the catcher tank can be equipped with the self-cleaning WaterVeyor abrasive removal system. Sucked by the "Venturi effect", the used abrasive is continuously pumped out of the catcher tank. |

Cooling system
The hydraulic oil of Flow high-pressure intensifier pumps needs to be cooled. The consumption of cooling water is greatly reduced when using a closed loop cooling system. Thus the operating costs can be cut down significantly. The high-pressure pump is always running at the correct operating temperature and unchanged viscosity of the hydraulic oil. |

Clamping system
The Flow clamping system allows for quick and easy fixing of work pieces. Variable mounting positions — on the left and right hand side of the catcher tank as well as the front — offer unlimited possibilities. |
